Walter Roy Richter was a retired foreman after 40 years with Jim Walter Paper in St. Louis, MO. He was a former custodian at Winstanley Baptist Church in Fairview Heights, IL and was most recently custodian of the First Baptist Church in New Baden Il and the Wesclin School District. He also owned and operated his own lawn mowing business.
Walter married Rose Becker.
Walter next married Debbie Davis.
