Arthur Meyer 64 of 1517 Wisconsin Ave., New Holstein, died at 5:20 pm Thur sday at Calumet Memorial Hospital in Chilton. He had been hospitalized f or one week.
A native of St. Anna, he was born Februry 25, 1896, a son of Mr. and Mr s. Christian Meyer, attended St. Ann School, and had lived in New Holste in for the past 25 years.
He married Rose Brenner, October 7, 1924 at Mt. Calvary. For the pa st 20 years, he had been employed at the M. B. Corp., in New Holstei n. A member of the Holy Name Society of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in N ew Holstein, he also belonged to the American legion Post No. 124. He w as a veteran of World War I.
Survivors are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. James (Antonia) Ludwig of rur al Chilton, Miss Lillian Meyer at home; five grandchildren, and two brothe rs, Osar of St. Anna, Edward of Sheboygan. One brother preceeded him in d eath. Burial will be at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church cemetery.
